George Millay opens the first official waterpark in Orlando, FL.
1981
Sevylor introduces the use of round, inflatable PVC tubes for use in the waterpark industry.
1994
The first indoor waterpark opens in Wisconsin Dells, WI.
1998
Introduced clear PVC tubes for use in wave pools and lazy rivers.
2001
Produced ProSlide’s 4-person Cloverleaf tube.
2002
Sevylor USA Vice President Jim Goldhardt inducted into the World Waterpark Association Hall of Fame.
2006
Stearns Inc. acquires Sevylor and develops the use of rip-stop nylon personal flotation devices (PFD) for waterpark use.
2008
The Coleman Co. acquires Stearns Inc.
Woosung CNA, LLC is formed with Z Pro Watersports as a division along with Star Inflatables and Z Pro Inflatables. Acting partner Wayne Dull is named CEO.
Z Pro WaterSports purchases all remaining Sevylor/Stearns branded waterpark inventory from Coleman.
2009
Produced rocket boats for use on ProSlide’s hydromagnetic water coasters.
2010
Produced AquaDuck tubes for use on WhiteWater West’s ride installation on the Disney Dream.
2011
Introduced ProSlide’s CloverWheel hydromagnetic raft
2012
Designed and introduced 8-section round family rafts.
2015
Jim Goldhardt is named CEO of Woosung CNA, LLC.
2017
The Star Inflatables division is sold.
2018
South Korean company Woosung I.B. Co. Ltd. purchases the shares of the remaining partners and becomes sole owner of Woosung CNA, LLC.
Designed and introduced round rafts for use on WhiteWater West’s SlideWheel rides.
2019
Philip Gallagher is named CEO of Woosung CNA, LLC.
2020
Z Pro Inflatables, a sister division under Woosung CNA, LLC, is re-introduced marketing river float products, fishing boat, and stand-up paddleboards.
2021
Designed and introduced the Lightning Strike and Double U tubes.
